Refund and Returns Policy

CANCELLED, OR POSTPONED EVENTS
1.1 If the Event is postponed, the Organizer reserves the right to notify the customers after postponement is made, and will announce the new event date within the period of seven (7) working days.
1.2 If the Event is, cancelled, the tickets are refundable and the Organizer will issue refunds to all customers, within the period of ten (10) working days via bank transfer.
